Terms & Conditions — Antiracist MD Clinical Care Companion

1. Purpose

The Antiracist MD Clinical Care Companion (GPT) is an educational and reflective tool designed to support the practice of antiracist, trauma-informed, and repair-oriented care.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or legal advice, nor is it intended to establish a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.

Use of the Companion is at your discretion and responsibility. You agree to interpret and apply its content within your own professional or personal judgment, context, and scope of practice.


2. Access & License

Upon purchase, you are granted individual, non-transferable access to the Companion for your personal and/or professional use.

  • You may not share, copy, distribute, or resell the content or underlying technology.

  • Institutional or group licenses require a separate written agreement with Antiracist MD.

  • Access duration: 6-month access from date of purchase.

  • Updates and feature expansions are included during your access period.


3. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials provided within or alongside the Companion—including written prompts, scripts, and branding—are the intellectual property of Ms. Akima Aiken Brown, Dr. Rupinder K. Legha and Antiracist MD.
Use of this content is permitted solely for individual educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


4. Equity & Ethical Use

By using the Companion, you agree to engage with it in alignment with antiracist, trauma-informed, disability justice-aligned, and repair-oriented principles.
You acknowledge that antiracist learning is an ongoing process that requires reflection, humility, and accountability. Misuse of this tool to cause harm or perpetuate inequity violates these terms.


5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Payment plans may be offered through third-party processors (e.g., PayPal), which are governed by their own terms of service. Antiracist MD does not store or process your financial information directly.


6. Privacy & Data

The Companion may collect limited, non-identifiable usage data to improve user experience and inform product updates.
No personal health information is requested, stored, or used for diagnostic purposes.

7. Limitations of Liability

Antiracist MD and Dr. Rupinder K. Legha are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the Companion.
This includes any decisions made based on information generated by the tool.


8. Modifications

Antiracist MD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions or make changes to the Companion at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
